- Our mission is to prepare students for the workforce; delivering service, leadership, essential skills and education that are not offered in a typical school curriculum. Volunteer and Leadership provides students the best possible resources, increasing enrollment in higher education and acquiring employment by delivering leadership, service, independent study, work study, exception education, and fundraising opportunities. Our program strives to help students connect with the student body and the community with leadership and service opportunities.
- Students use our tools to organize volunteering events and invite others to participate; honing leadership skills. Our system asks the leader to offer event regular occurrence. Reflection check lists asks to expand the service to other businesses and like vertical events that build multi-location leadership.
- Students lead fundraising events with local, national and global causes. National and Global campaigns promote marketing, sales, financial, business, and work force management skills.
- Business partnership opportunities deliver micro credentials achievements through distance learning, independent study, work study and internship, that ultimately lead to CO-OP engagements and full-time positions immediately after graduation.
